Not to be mistaken for just another fast-food joint, this one. We wondered what the fuss was all about… this was answered on our first visit:
Fresh, juicy hamburgers made to order, the kind you need both hands to hold. Tasty middle-eastern style salads and dips including hummus and smoky babaganoush. Unbelievably soft-as-felt pita bread. All for the equivalent of what a ‘large coke’ costs back home. 
The main branch in downtown Cairo has both take away and sit down options (sit-down costing slightly more). The outlet in the Talaat Harb complex is situated within a food court and just as good. If you’re hankering for some western fare with a middle-eastern touch, this is a must!
