I'll be arriving in Santiago on the 13 July and leaving the 16 July. Travelling w/ my wife a 1-year and a 5-year old kids. Where is the best area of the city to stay? Any suggestion? Not planning to spend much, but don't want to stay in a hostel neither. An aparthotel is an alternative I would consider.
