To begin with, how do I pronounce "Cocuy"?
I am planning a trip to Peru in one month. I will also stay in Cusco due to acclimatization. Do you have any recommendation or advices for one-two day easy trips in surroundings of Cusco?

As an Australian travelling to Chile and Argentina I know I have to pay reciprocity fees upon entry to the countries. However I can't find any concrete information about when this fee is to be payed. Do I pay when I arrive? Can I pay online before I arrive?
Also, are these fees only to be paid upon entry via air? As I will be entering Argentina via land will I not be required to pay the reciprocity fee then?
