Bus

The bus terminal(282 1481; Av de las Américas at Av Colombia) is 2km northeast of downtown. Get there by heading northeast on 12 de Noviembre to the traffic circle, and then turn right on Avenida de las Américas.

For destinations north of Quito, you can easily take a bus to Quito and change at the terminal there.
