Dajao & Mimosa Restaurant & Bar information
These two restaurants – Dajao, a sleek, modern side resembling a European cafe, and Mimosa, a fan-cooled side much like an ordinary comedor (eatery) – share a kitchen and you can order from either menu regardless of where you sit. The former has mains like rib eye (RD$675) and fish in coconut soup (RD$375), while the latter does a filling plato del dia (dish of the day; RD$275).
