French cuisine is the main influence on the otherwise classic Danish dishes, with more of that local seafood on offer. Meals are served in the old-world ambience of the dining room - it has a special-occasion feel, but you can just as easily pop in for classic lunchtime smørrebrød (open sandwich) or afternoon coffee and cake.
