Copenhagen’s best wine bar is situated in a cosy, rustic cellar on trendy Nansensgade and serves more than 30 wines – from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Italy and Austria – by the glass. Intimate but relaxed, and blessedly free of wine snobs, although the bar staff are extremely knowledgeable.
