Šupina & Šupinka
Many people come to Třeboň merely to eat here, possibly the best fish restaurant in southern Bohemia. There are two dining areas: Šupina is the fancier option, while Šupinka is cheaper and family-oriented. Both feature regional freshwater fish such as pike, trout, eel and Třeboň carp. The kapří hranolky, pieces of carp battered and fried, are a national treasure.
