The Czechs are masters of ice-hockey, with the national team long rated among the world's best. Although many Czech stars now ply their trade in the US, Prague teams Sparta and Slavia still display an astounding level of skill given the price of their tickets. You can see HC Sparta Praha – Czech Extraliga champions 2006, 2007 and 2008 – play at the 13,000-capacity T-Mobile Aréna beside the Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice.
