Slick cafés share floor space with girly emporia of tiny T-shirts, sparkly makeup and globalised brand names - Hilfiger, Sergio Tacchini, Nokia, Puma, Lacoste, Guess, Diesel, Apple; a branch of the Thai restaurant Orange Moon, an eight-screen multiplex and an IMAX cinema keep the crowds coming in the evenings.
