Book a table on the terrace of this formal establishment and enjoy fabulous views of the river and castle, while tucking into gourmet cuisine. Revamped in 2006, Bellevue now offers a Eurasian range of dishes from roasted veal loin in black truffle sauce to infused black cod on wasabi mash. The service, however, doesn't seem 100-percent revamped, so don't come on an evening when the odd blip might upset you.
