Lonely Planet review
Young, hip and sociable, Hostel Elf welcomes a steady stream of party-hearty backpackers from across the globe to its well-maintained dorms. The dorms are immaculately clean and brightly decorated with graffiti art and murals. There’s a little beer-garden terrace and cosy lounge, with free tea and coffee and cheap beer, and Žižkov with its many pubs is right on the doorstep; the downside is the noisy train line that runs close by. The hostel is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Florenc bus and metro stations; the area looks run-down, but is safe.
Our independent authors have visited Hostel ELF and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Žižkov & Karlín.
