Arpacay Hostel

This clean, colourful hostel is near the Smíchovské Nádraží train station and is the best cheap accommodation in the immediate vicinity. Though it is not within walking distance of the centre, it’s not a bad trip with metro line B from the train station (access via a bridge across the tracks) or with tram 7, which leaves practically from the hostel’s doorstep.

The relatively remote location keeps prices a little lower here than at competing hostels, and there's free wi-fi throughout. Accommodation is in two buildings that straddle a busy road. There’s a small terrace out back of the main building for relaxing on warm evenings.
