Lonely Planet review for Kozička
The ‘Little Goat’ is a buzzing, red-brick basement bar decorated with cute steel goat sculptures, serving Krušovice on tap at 40Kč for 0.5L (though watch out – the bartenders will occasionally sling you a 1L tuplák if they think you’re a tourist). It fills up later in the evening with a mostly Czech crowd, and is a very civilised setting for a late-night session.

The only one, we visited two times on our trip
schorschle recommends this,
You can have a good beer there, but you should behave like czech people do. it was really great sitting around and watching the czech people (we didn't see any tourists). The waiters were friendly and the beer is really good. Ok, it a little bit more expensive, but 1,60€ is still a good price for a beer, i think.
Go there, drink a beer, and watch the nice czech girls!

Waiters with bad manners + overpriced. Totally unrecommended
itu_itu does not recommend this,
One of the places I have been worst treated. We went there for a beer before dinner around 7pm, and from the moment we entered the waiters made clear that we were not welcome there. The atmosphere of the bar was rather odd with a drunk guy sleeping in a table and group of totally drunk guys in another, the waiters were drinking too. I went to the bar and the bartender mocked me for speaking in English and would not make any effort to understand what I said. I went to the bar a second time to order food and the guy told me in very gross manners to sit and wait to be served by a waiter, then the waiter came and told us not to go to the bar again. Of course, we did not order any food, which by the way, along with the beers were totally overpriced compared to other places around.
