Jáma (‘the Hollow’), southeast off Vodičkova, is a popular American expat bar with vaulted ceilings plastered with old rock gig posters ranging from Led Zep and REM to Kiss and Shania Twain. There’s a leafy little beer garden out the back shaded by lime and walnut trees, smiling staff serving up Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus and Velkopopvický Kozel on draught, and a menu that includes good burgers, steaks, ribs and chicken wings.

    Spread your wings and fly away! Best Chicken wings in town!!

    You can get there lots of different types of beer, but I didn't find a good one. The waitress is very fast, but not very friendly. The first time I saw her smiling, was the moment, when she counted her tip.

    But the next day, we visited the bar again, and we ate some of the chicken wings. And those where probably the best wings I've eaten my whole live. Try them!

    Good for: Beer and Music, chicken wings

    Not good for: Adults who like beer

    Discovered from a guy i met on Wenceslas Square that Jama has Happy Hours in the afternoon. 25 crowns for a large beer. Count me in. Never left until the pub closed.

    Good for: warming up for a night out, Good food and wine, A cold beer, Beer and Music

    Not good for: non-active people

    JAMA = ONE GREAT PLACE!

    You can never go wrong at Jama.
    It has great food, i love the gulas and full English breakfasts.
    Great beer like Tas and Lobkowicz. There's a beer for everyone.
    It has great staff. The girls are always good for a laugh.
    Full marks for service.
    A local where everyone feels welcome and has a good time

    Just discovered the JAMA people have another 2 places in PRAGUE.
    A STEAKHOUSE near Narodni Trida and a BAR & GRILL near Florenc.

    Good for: meeting the locals, great atmosphere, Great Bartender, great service, meeting nice people

    Not good for: quiet dining
