I will be in Amsterdam at the end of February and would like to take a train to Prague and fly back from there. Can anyone give me any tips. Are the trains frequent between the two cities? Thanks!
My plan for late March is to hit up Amsterdam, Zurich/Lucerne and then either Prague or Budapest.
What city do you prefer Prague or Budapest and why?
How will the weather be in like in late March?
How many days is sufficient?
Hi everyone, I'm about to buy a ticket to Prague and it has to be one-way as I don't know how long I will be spending in Europe or where I will be flying after Europe. I heard from a friend that a one-way ticket could be problematic with immigration, as they might think you are planning to work there illegally... (this could be made worse by the fact that I'll be traveling with a musical instrument--? I am planning to attend a music workshop in South Bohemia...). Anyone have experience with…

I and my friend will travel to Prague from Germany Erlangen for 30th of Dec till 2st of Jan for new year eve , do you know how can I find a cheap and good accommodation and where is good to stay in Prague and which activity or event do you suggest to do for new year night ? thanks in advanced
I'm considering a small road trip with some people around Europe for the post-Christmas/New Years holiday time. We'll be starting out in the Netherlands (where I live now) and driving... somewhere. We're all decent skiiers/snowboarders and would like to go skiing, but our budget is a bit tight, which generally rules out Austria/Switzerland/France. We're interested in the Czech Republic, but haven't been able to find much good quality information.
In short, what ski resort would you recommend…
We are 2 people and plan to travel from Ostrava to Krakow on Dec. 28, either by train or by bus. Would someone know the best connection and perhaps also the approximate cost per ticket. I found some info online but the price per ticket around 60-70 Euros seems rather high at first sight.
Thank you in advance for any hints or links.
