El Chelo is situated in the swanky Club Habana, 18km west of the city center. Perched in front of the sparkling Straits of Florida and a well-raked scimitar of private beach, El Chelo serves everything from a CUC$5 ropa vieja to a CUC$25 lobster. The decor is suitably luxurious.
