A homely old-style paladar that’ll make you feel more like a guest at a house party than a dollar sign in a restaurant. Castas and Tal is run out of an 11th-floor apartment off Línea by a couple of young imaginative Vedado-ites who have added nouveau touches to a traditional Cuban base.
