    Avoid At All Cost. Scammers. Please be aware.

    We are in Havana and have been in Cuba for 10 days thus far and from the start we have had nothing but problems with Paradiso. This is not our first trip to Cuba however as we are in a musical cultural exchange, we were told by the Cubadisco promoters to book through Paradiso. Big mistake. Apart from the incredible incompetence, the costs have inflated upon our arrival and they have scammed us by demanding extra money or else. We refused to pay (we pre-paid in full) so they cancelled our accommodation and have kept a hefty 'bank exchange' sum of over 600 Euros! There are more grievances with Paradiso (in particular their representative Maria) such as the non provision of transport (pre paid) and so on, but we just wanted to warn anyone who intends to deal with them. So please be aware. There are plenty of other reputable tour operators who are accountable and based outside Cuba. Avoid at all costs would be our advice
