This most unusual bar is just up the street from Lotrščak Tower. It's decorated in the style of Tolkien's famous books and has a cosy enclosed terrace where you can drink the best hot chocolate in Zagreb.

    Great place to meet new friends, if you're new in town

    thorstenlake recommends this,

    I sat down for a beer and before long I was in a great conversation with several locals, who all made me feel really welcome. A fantastic bar and if you get a chance to meet the owner he is a fantastic character, please say Hi to him from me.

    The house beer is one of the best in Croatia

    baronation recommends this,

    It's small and busy but really enjoyable. Most importantly there is a house beer so if your fed up drinking Karlavcho or Pan you can get this and its well worth the few extra Kuna. The terrace outside is sweet, oh and they have Kwak too!
