Another all-night place, Bar Chavelona is an historic, 77-year-old bar situated in a somewhat deserted neighborhood (so take a taxi). The service is good, the atmosphere pleasant and the locale is frequented by radio and theater workers, giving the place an old-world bohemian feel. If you want good local flavor, this is the best place for it.
