Lonely Planet review
A hip hostel with an international crowd. The main building has sufficiently clean rooms, funky art on the walls and groovy furniture in the common area (plus a bar with a ping-pong table). The cabinas in the back take it up a notch, with private bathrooms (among other amenities).
Our independent authors have visited La Oveja Negra Hostel and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Playa Tamarindo.
Description provided by property
If you are seeking a mixture of fun filled activities, a social atmosphere and relaxation, then La Oveja Negra is the optimal hang out for you. With an open kitchen to cook great meals after a long day of surf lessons (available here at the hostel).
Or merely hanging out in our centre room with a variety of activities like pool, board games, ping pong or just lazying about in front of our huge satellite TV.
We have great proximity to the pacific beaches and local night life is only a stones throw away.
Let La Oveja Negra help to make your vacation a memorable one!
