Lonely Planet review

On the northern edge of town on a hilltop overlooking the bay is this delightful German-US–run budget option that’s terrific value. There's an inviting dorm and 12 private rooms in a variety of sizes and prices, all with mosquito net, fan and safe large enough to fit a laptop. Rooms closer to the road are cheaper. There are two fully equipped kitchens, a BBQ grill and a breezy communal lounge, strung with rattan chair-swings, and blessed with stunning ocean views. Reserve ahead because this place is popular.

Our independent authors have visited Luna Llena and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Montezuma.
