Lonely Planet review
This hipster euro-flavored spot feels like a dance party could break out at any moment, what with the electronica soundtrack and cushy blood-red lounges and day beds by the pool. Cheaper rooms are air-conditioned and have a hot-water bathroom, but it’s absolutely worth it to splurge on the more expensive bungalows – each one is creatively decorated according to a different theme. The owners can arrange surfing lessons and tours, and the small restaurant serves Mediterranean-style seafood by candlelight in the evenings.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel The Place and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Mal País & Santa Teresa.
