Lonely Planet review
Ethnic insensitivities aside, this is a delightful 2nd-story guesthouse just north of the church. Six sweet fan-cooled rooms have lofty ceilings, tile floors, colorful paint jobs and big windows. The spacious common area includes a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies with volcano views, and a homey living room, well stocked with books, games and funky artwork. The live-in owner is a gracious host.
Our independent authors have visited The Sleeping Indian Guesthouse and selected this as one of our recommended guesthouses in La Fortuna.
