All buses stop about three blocks west of the football (soccer) field; ask locally about specific destinations. Buses from Cartago (US$0.50, 40 minutes) depart hourly from Calle 6, between Avenidas 1 and 3, close to the church.

Cachí Dam & Ruinas US$0.50, 20 minutes, depart every 30 minutes from 6am to 9pm.

Cartago US$0.75, 40 minutes, depart every 45 minutes from 5am to 9pm.
