Cha Cha Cha
Cha Cha Cha information
In a corner veranda of an old house, this attractive expat favorite is adorned with the chef's artwork and offers sophisticated world cuisine. Exquisite sauces star in dishes from filet mignon with wild mushrooms and truffle oil to mussels in Dijon sauce. Plenty of vegetarian options feature as well. Evocatively named cocktails, like the Dulce Amor (Sweet Love), made with starfruit and guaro (a local firewater made with sugarcane), are highly worthwhile, as are the decadent desserts.
