Day 1 Bogota

One of the biggest cities in the world at altitude (2,640 m), Bogota's cosmopolitan streets are full of cosy cafes, fascinating museums and old churches.

Days 2-3 Medellin

Blessed with a perfect climate and a wealth of culture, Medellin has turned itself around to become one of the most exciting cities in South America.

Days 4-5 Santa Marta/Tayrona National Park

A major tourist destination for beach-loving Colombians, Santa Marta is also the jumping-off point for a range of adventure activities - everything from exploring Caribbean reefs to jungle trekking. The spectacular landscape of Tayrona National Park features rugged mountain ranges plunging down to pristine Caribbean beaches reached only by jungle trails.

Days 6-8 Cartagena

Legendary both for its history and beauty, the colonial architecture and huge city walls of Cartagena's picturesque old town perch alongside the sparkling Caribbean.
