This tiny corner bakery in Chapinero Alto run by an adorable gastro-alchemist specializes in sweets and cakes with Colombian ingredients used in wildly unexpected ways. There's a chontaduro crème brûlée, for example, made with a palm from the Valle del Cauca; and the coup de maître: a sinister-good brownie lollipop made with smoked Amazon peppers. Delish!
