Lǐtáng’s bus station is chaotic and has unhelpful staff. At the time of writing daily buses were leaving Lǐtáng for Kāngdìng (Y80, eight hours, 6am or 7am) and Bātáng (Y59, six hours, 7.30am). One or two buses pass through Lǐtáng each day from Kāngdìng en route to Dàochéng and Xiāngchéng (Y60, five hours, 7am).

It looks easy to head north to Gānzī via Xīnlóng from here, but though roadwork continues, at the time of writing, it was still a no-go for public transport.
