Shànghǎi doesn’t usually venture onto the capital’s culinary turf, but if you’ve got a hankering for Peking duck, then try out this old-school but dependable branch of the famous chain. Quánjùdé offers more than 100 dishes made from every conceivable part of a duck’s anatomy, but the big draw, of course, is the juicy roasted duck, served with pancakes, scallions, plum sauce and a soup. You can get half a duck with all the trimmings for Y66.
