Yè Shànghǎi information
Yè offers sophisticated, unchallenging Shanghainese cuisine in classy Xīntiāndì surroundings. The drunken chicken and smoked fish starters are an excellent overture to local flavours; the crispy duck comes with thick pancakes and the sautéed string beans and bamboo shoots dish doesn’t disappoint either. An affordable wine list gives it a further tick.
