Shànghǎi’s poshest and most popular yoga centre offers a full range of classes in Ashtanga yoga, along with hot (Bikram) yoga, which takes place in a heated room to aid stretching and toning. Classes run daily from 6.30am to 8.45pm. One class is Y200; otherwise a year membership (50 classes) is Y6800. Another branch is located near Xīntiāndì.
