Airports exist at Jǐ’nán, Qīngdǎo, Yāntái and Wēihǎi, with international flights to cities in Japan and South Korea from Qīngdǎo and flights to South Korea from Yāntái. Ferries run from both Yāntái and Wēihǎi to Dàlián and Incheon in South Korea. There are also boats to Dàlián and South Korea from both Yāntái and Wēihǎi. Shāndōng is also linked to neighbouring and more distant provinces by both bus and rail.
