First Noodle Under the Sun information
This is a chain of restaurants with an unusual name and a nonsensical English-language menu. The speciality is biáng biáng miàn, a giant, 3.8m strip of noodle that comes folded up in a big bowl with two soup side dishes (¥10). But all sorts of excellent noodle, meat and vegie dishes are available here.
