Lonely Planet review

Xī’ān’s most famous restaurant (with more than a hundred years of history) is well known for its specialty dish – steaming bowls of yángròu pàomó . The catch here is that the patron is responsible for ripping up the bread before the chefs add the soup. The soup is an acquired taste for most people but the experience is fun nonetheless. It’s located on the 5th floor of a large black glass building.
