The nameplate outside proclaims the restaurant 'the ultimate dining experience', and besides wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pasta, handcrafted breads and specialities such as Wagyu beef cheek and roasted northern Thai style chicken massaged with tamarind and spices, there are also 'kick-ass curries' and 'dum dum biryani' and tandoori. Over-confidence aside, this glass-encased restaurant does offer the ultimate view.

Cococabana
Clichéd as it may sound, it’s all location, location, location. The service is rather lax, but with the sound of the waves, dishes such as bouillabaisse and duck confit go down well.

Xina Cafe
‘China’ serves simple salads and tapas during the day. In the evening its owner Pedro cooks superb, Mediterranean-style dinners for the lucky few who manage to land a seat at his table (you’ll need to book in groups of six or more, two days in advance).
