1. Dripping Water Cave

   Some 3km up from Sháoshān village is the retreat (no, it's not a cave, but his villa was quite bunkerlike) where Mao lived for 11 days in June 1966. The Mao clan are entombed nearby. Buses and motorbikes head here from the car park opposite Sháoshān Bīnguǎn.
