This Japanese-owned store, in the hub of Causeway Bay, has 12 well-organised floors and more than 37,000 sq metres of retail space. The range is mind-boggling: over 20 brands of ties just for starters. Eclectic departments include the Barbie Counter and the Character’s Shop.

    A landmark department store for Hong Kong.

    OK, so it is just a department store, and may not be the most exciting thing you can go to in Hong Kong. That said, it's a local landmark and very popular, and does include a wide and surprising range of clothes, toys and other products. If you're out in Causeway bay looking to do some shopping, it's definitely worth poking your head in.
