Ap Lei Chau Market Cooked Food Centre information
Above an indoor market, dai pai dong (food stall) operators cook up a storm in a sprawling hall littered with folding tables and plastic chairs. Pak Kee and Chu Kee offer simple but tasty seafood dishes. You can also buy seafood from the wet market downstairs and pay them to cook it for you the way you want. It's packed and noisy on weekends.
Every evening fishermen and dragon boaters come here for the cheap beer and food. You can reach the market from Aberdeen Promenade by taking a sampan .
