This elegant restaurant does the char siu (barbecued pork) job well – slightly charred at the edges, with a golden lean-to-fat ratio. It also makes a stellar soy-sauce chicken and Duke's Soup (爵士湯), which comprises chicken, conch, honeydew melon and a dozen other ingredients its competitors would kill to know. The delectable soup, originally concocted for a knighted local, requires pre-ordering.
Dim sum, served at lunch, is also exquisite.
