Lonely Planet review for Bacar

This intimate wine brasserie (whose name means 'wine goblet' in Latin, apparently) is the place to go if your palate leans toward the grape rather than hops. The selection of wines is impressive and a couple of tables at the front are top-notch spots for a bit of Central Escalator cruising.
