Bus & tram

Bus

Useful local buses are buses 9 and 14 which run from the train station towards Minzhu Lu and the Bank of China.

For most destinations beyond Guízhōu you will have to head to Guìyáng and transfer.

Train

There are regular trains for Guìyáng (Y15 to Y26, three to five hours) but you’re better off catching the bus. Other destinations include Chóngqìng (Y30 to Y44, six to nine hours, several per day) and Chéngdū (Y190, 15 hours, 7.37am, 2.40pm, 4.48pm and 6.31pm).
