    Well, apparently it is ok to travel from Lanzhou to Langmusi (via Hezuo) along the G213 highway, so I'm guessing the same applies to Maqu.…

    Ah, I see. Well, if Xiahe is indeed closed then, you should be able to go Linxia-(Hezuo)-Maqu.
