Alien’s Street Market information
Located just north of Rìtán Park – and part of Běijīng's 'Little Moscow' precinct – this market is packed with a huge variety of clothing, as well as tonnes of accessories. You can find most things here and it’s popular with visiting Russian traders, which means the clothes come in bigger sizes than usual and the vendors will greet you in Russian, and with generally less hassle. Haggling is essential.
One block heading south, you'll encounter some surreal department stores that cater solely to Russian expats and tourists with all signage in Cyrillic and selling mink jackets and other typical Moscow fashion wear.
