This cool restaurant located in the front section of a cleverly converted courtyard house maximises its limited space by being built in tiers, so you eat on different levels on either side of the stairs. It specialises in the sour and spicy cuisine of southwestern Guìzhōu province. Make sure to try the superb Miao-style spare ribs (Y48), the spicy tofu stuffed with pork balls (Y26) and the sizzling eggplant (Y26), but all the dishes are consistently good here. Rice wine is Y10 per person. English menu.
