Xiǎo Wáng’s Home Restaurant

Lonely Planet review

This modest, but clean, well-run restaurant has been serving customers here for almost 20 years. It’s grown over time and now occupies part of three floors of an old-fashioned, low-rise housing block, and even has some neat balcony seating. The menu includes a mix of Chinese cuisine, and this is a decent place to try good-value Peking roast duck (¥128). Has an English sign, but is tucked away down an alley, so sometimes hard to find. Best accessed from Guanghua Lu.
