Lonely Planet review for Lush

Whether they’re quaffing coffee or slamming beers, Chinese and foreign students camp out here around the clock. Lush also hosts events every night, from movies on Monday and live bands on Friday, to a wildly popular open-mic night on Sunday, making it one of the epicentres of Wudaokou life. Happy hour runs from 6pm to 10pm.

One of my main spots in Beijing

    alh728 recommends this,

This is a huge part of the student / expat scene. They have things like burgers, wraps, salds, soup, and breakfast food. It's both a popular place to study and eat or to have some drinks. There is a pub quiz on Wednesday nights. Food and drinks are good. Only thing is that the way the menu is set up can be a little confusing (like, you can get certain sides with this but not others, etc.) I've gone for dinner, middle of the night burgers after going to the club, or for late hungover lunches.
