Formerly known as Evolution, there are numerous classes at this fitness centre, including aerobics, tàijíquán, Pilates, Spinning, hip-hop dancing, kickboxing and yoga. Personal training programs, fitness consultation and sports therapy are also available, and there’s a 25m five-lane pool. You can also get private wǔshù lessons in English here.
