Mountain Yoga
A fine way to escape the crowds and pollution of Běijīng is to head to this homely yoga retreat in the Fragrant Hills. Located in a wooden house, there are lungfuls of fresh air to breathe in and visiting teachers to instruct you. A single day costs Y150, otherwise it costs from Y300 for overnight stays. The price includes accommodation and tasty vegetarian, MSG-free meals. Mountain Yoga can also organise hikes in the hills and occasionally runs yoga retreats to the Great Wall.
